Our decorative island kits are available in three trending styles: modern, transitional, and classic. The modern style features the ever-popular shaker style for cabinets, blending clean lines with timeless appeal. Whether you’re dreaming of shaker kitchen cabinets or a transitional or classic look, our kits come in our beautiful cabinet finishes—including rich cherry and maple wood cabinets, and all of our painted options (excluding glaze).

Our panel kits use finished plywood panels and decorative sides that match various cabinet door styles. This delivers a seamless, high-end kitchen island design at a price that is budget-friendly. 

Our panel kits are designed for straightforward installation. Here's an overview of the process:

1. Arrange and secure your island base cabinets in your desired configuration.
2. Measure and shim your cabinets for a perfect fit.
3. Custom-fit the finished plywood panels to the back of your island—oversizing by ¼" if your cabinets don’t have furniture ends for a flawless finish.
4. Secure panels through the rails and shims for a sturdy, flush look.
5. Add moldings to vertical and horizontal edges, using our spacing guide for even, professional gaps.
6. Install transitional or classic inside corner moldings if applicable.
7. Touch up pin holes with a color-matched putty stick for a flawless kitchen island design.
